School has been hard. Seeing the finish line of a 94-credit M.Div makes completing assignments a serious existential battle. However, I’m thankful for gifts, such as this book, that make the final steps labors of joy. #seminarian #ministry #finishline
This little one was baptized today. He was welcomed into the family of God and a member of the visible Church. May the Spirit bring this work to completion in him as he grows in stature and maturity. You are loved little one. You are my beloved son with whom I am well pleased. (Also he’s technically an Anglican before me!)
You “heirs of God,” hear the words of God, “Co-heirs of Christ,” accept the words of Christ, to give them to the hearts of your children and to teach them the words of the wise. —————————— Evagrius of Ponticus
